Key Shutdown Planner Position Available
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shutdown Planner to join our team. As a Shutdown Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating shutdown activities across the gold processing plant.
* Develop and manage shutdown work packs and schedules within Pronto Xi.
* Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and contractors to ensure readiness.
* Validate scope, resources, and materials prior to execution.
* Monitor progress and provide daily updates during shutdowns.
* Drive continuous improvement and planning standardisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Shutdown Planner in fixed plant gold processing operations is essential.
* Strong proficiency in Pronto Xi for maintenance planning and scheduling is required.
* A solid understanding of maintenance workflows, safety, and reliability processes is necessary.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
* Ability to work on 8/6, 4/3, or similar FIFO/DIDO rosters.
