Disability Support Workers
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities, promoting their health and wellbeing.
* You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, medication management, planning activities, meal preparation and other daily tasks that promote independence.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring resident's health behaviour progress reporting concerns CCWA Management nursing team organizing facilitating social recreational therapeutic activities enhance wellbeing maintaining clean safe comfortable environment all residents communicating effectively residents families wider care team adhering relevant policies procedures regulatory requirements.
