What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Own the full sales cycle for net-new logos in your assigned Mid-market territory
* Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospects to build a strong pipeline

* Drive strategic sales methodologies to build deal structures and forecast accurately
What is Required (Qualifications)
* 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, focusing on net-new prospect acquisition
* Proven success in a consultative, solution-selling environment within tech
* Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, big data, or open-source technologies
* Strong organizational and time management skills for managing complex deals
