About this role:
As a Station Staff or Conductor, you play a vital part in ensuring the success of our customer service operations. Our Conductor role involves being onboard our trains primarily responsible for the safety of all passengers.
This position requires you to maintain continuous communication with the driver via radio, staying up-to-date with passenger numbers boarding and alighting at each stop and capturing this data in various apps.
You'll also be administering first aid and performing spot cleaning tasks as required, while providing exceptional customer service to every passenger.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with ticketing, fare checking, and luggage handling
* E nsure trains are ready for service, from cleanliness to functionality
* Work through disruptions and emergency situations with calm professionalism
* Manage and report any equipment or facility issues
