As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Front Office management, including all aspects
* Park Operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services such as customer service, grounds management, and housekeeping
* Supporting an inclusive and engaged team culture
* Attending to after-hours call outs
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can contribute to the smooth running of the park, with skills and experience in hospitality management or related industries.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management or other related industries
* Proven experience in managing, developing, and training staff
* Strong computer skills, with experience using RMS or similar reservations systems
* A flexible attitude to work, including weekends and after hours
* Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
