Reporting to the Senior Product Specialist you will join our growing team in an established and exciting part of our business, where you will be given every opportunity to grow your career and make a sustainable impact. In this role as a Sales Product Specialist, you will support the team in ensuring smooth sales operations by generating accurate quotes, analysing data and pricing. You will also be managing inbound customer enquiries and providing administrative support that enhances team efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for: Generating accurate and timely sales quotes based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines Analyse operational, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and business opportunities, providing clear and actionable insights Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs and source systems Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all quotes are accurate and comprehensive Managing and respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email Liaising with internal stakeholders as needed to gather information required for quotes and customer responses Tracking the status of quotes and share reports with the sales team regularly to follow up Perform general administrative tasks to support the overall sales function To be successful we’re confident you’ll have: Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to generate detailed and persuasive quotes. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, PivotTables, Vlookup/Xlookup) Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely issuance of quotes, fostering a collaborative work environment.
