Job Description

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic business in a supportive environment. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in the administrative, staff, and financial operations of the business.

* Plan office services and set priorities
* Coordinate personnel, including hiring, promotions, performance management, training, and supervision
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll using Xero
* Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
* Conduct follow-ups on overdue supplier invoices
* Oversee office administration and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
