About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and offer expert advice on their service needs.
- Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with Technicians to ensure customer concerns and vehicle issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the status of their vehicle, any additional repairs, and work needed.
- Manage customer payments and ensure smooth service check-outs.
- Assist customers with warranty claims and service issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and up-to-date service histories for all vehicles.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a dealership environment (an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to manage customer needs effectively.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
