We are seeking a passionate Teacher to join our team at Living Waters Lutheran School in Alice Springs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include implementing an engaging and child‐centred curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to support each child's holistic development.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
* Bachelor's qualification in Education (required)
* Prior experience in a similar position (preferred; open to new entrants)
* Flexibility, ability to work as part of a team, and curiosity in exploring new ways of working and learning together
* Curiosity about spirituality and shared values of Service, Love, Endeavour, and Courage (no requirement to share Lutheran faith)
