Join our team at our Boral Recycling site in Wetherill Park NSW, where every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with one of Australia's leading building and construction materials suppliers.
You'll primarily work as a Weighbridge Operator as well as helping out as a plant operator, but flexibility is key—there will also be manual labour involved. You'll work closely with the Site Manager helping to keep the operation running smoothly and safely.
What your day will involve
Monitor & process heavy vehicles entering & existing the plant
Weighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks
Prepare and process dockets
Ensure all visitors to the weighbridge office and site adhere to OHS requirements and induction procedures
Load road trucks with finished product
Push off tip heads for inbound materials
General site duties including shovelling, lifting (10–15kg), plant cleaning, and minor repairs
Supporting the team with continuous improvement and compliance with Boral's safety and environmental standards
What are we looking for?
Experience as a Weighbridge operator
Experience operating Sales Loaders
A team player mindset
Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills
What's on offer?
Permanent, full-time role with stable Monday–Friday hours (5:30am – 2:00pm)
Saturdays 5:30am – 12pm paid at O/T
