What you'll be doing
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the on‑site coordination and provision of maintenance services ensuring the effective daily operations for buildings, plant, equipment, grounds and gardens for Sydney Children's Hospital Network (SCHN). This includes supervising and coordinating trade, non‑trade staff and contractors based at the facility to ensure skills are utilised at an appropriate level of competency.
About You
* Has demonstrated successful experience in operational management of a major facility or facilities where complex critical infrastructure must be available on a 24/7 basis.
* Extensive experience in leading a diverse team and developing a strong service‑based culture, including developing and implementing maintenance plans, monitoring performance and meeting goals.
