William Ross continues to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build bright futures.As the Administration Officer, you will support the delivery of corporate services within the school by undertaking tasks across a broad range of functions, including human resources, finance, and facilities management.
This particular role will have a focus on Accounts Receivable including but not limited to managing payments, banking, debt management, excursion planners, invoicing and statements, settle student accounts and receipting.You will also assist the office team with general duties including:Responsibilities includeAnswering incoming calls; serving at parent and student/teacher counter.
