Clinical Care Manager Role
This part-time position requires a skilled Registered Nurse to lead the delivery of high-quality care across our aged care services.
* Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews for clients.
* Administer medications, monitor clinical progress, and document nursing interventions.
* Provide wound care, catheter management, and other clinical procedures.
* Mentor and guide care workers.
* Build relationships with clients, families, and health professionals.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves part-time work requiring 20-25 hours per week.
1. Lead quality improvement, risk management, and incident review processes.
2. Management of client invoices and consumer statements in collaboration with the finance team.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care is essential.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care.
* Previous team leader experience is required.
* Excellent clinical assessment and care planning expertise.
