**Your Expertise**:

- **Hotel Management**: Proven track record in boutique hotel operations, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and team leadership. Experience managing similar properties is highly desired.
- **Financial Acumen**: You possess strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability.
- **HR Savvy**: You understand the importance of building and nurturing a talented team, fostering a positive work environment
- **Front Desk Prowess**: You'll ensure seamless guest interactions from check-in to check-out, setting the tone for a memorable stay
- **F&B; Enthusiast**: A genuine love for food & beverage, with a creative flair for crafting unique and locally-sourced menus
