Your Role
Job Description:
This role is an opportunity to interface with the site population, as well as Business lines and key stakeholders, and to work within multiple MFTs (Multi-Functional Fixing Teams) to make positive changes and ensure the people are heard.
What You’ll Do:
This placement is all about the “Agile” working mode, no day will be the same. Supporting and delivering on projects covering a multitude of areas: Telecommunications, Site, Local Community Engagement, Facilities, H&S, Employee Initiatives, VIP events, Space Management, Project support, and much more.
Within this role, you will be invited to own tasks, manage projects, and deliver to requirements. The successful candidate will be working in:

* A team with a mixture of all skill sets, experience, and knowledge that will support each objective and project expectation
* Developing skills in a variety of disciplines including Jira, Windchill, SAP, Airbox, etc.

About You
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Undergraduate students
* Studying towards a degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
* The ability to listen, understand, and communicate information
* The desire to work in a technical team environment
* An open mind and proactive approach
* Interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems
* Ability to make decisions based on evidence
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role is £22,250. In addition to this, you’ll receive:

Training & Development
Each day will offer exciting challenges and the chance to build a solid network to help influence and develop your individual skillset, including but not limited to Dashboard creation, KPI reporting, communication strategy planning as well as all Project Management requirements.
This placement would offer:
* An exciting opportunity to work within a Site Operations environment
* Offering direct support to a very busy and energetic Site Operations Manager
* Will also be working closely with the Performance team on a variety of Telecommunication related projects
