ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for an enthusiastic industry expert willing to engage and inspire the next generation of skilled Thermal Performance assessors.
This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate professional looking to pass on their skills and motivate others. You will need to have the art of delivering on-line evening sessions, equipping students with essential skills for careers in, home energy and building design.
This position would suit those seeking a remote position with flexible working hours.
In this position you will work with a team of committed educators who provide exceptional training for young people starting their careers, those looking for career advancement.
Selected Duties:
* Conduct teaching programs and assessment of student work.
* Establish and maintain a learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
This position is required to teach units at the Certificate IV level for the following:
* Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

* An academic qualification in Thermal Performance Assessment.
* Current Teaching qualification in accordance with the Victorian TAFE Association, or willingness to obtain.
* Current Victorian Working with Children Check or current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration
* Current accreditation as a Thermal Performance Assessor would be an advantage.
