Job Description
* Support the sales, admin and marketing team with administrative tasks, including data entry and order processing.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
* Assist with preparing sales reports and tracking key metrics.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide assistance where needed.
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team for inventory updates.
* Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments as required.
* Contribute to improving administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Sales Administrator should have:
