Job Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Mildura role is responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts, assisting with budgeting and revenue maximization, delivering top-tier guest service, inspiring and supporting the team, and contributing to marketing efforts to attract new guests.
Your Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts to ensure seamless park management.
* Guest Services: Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Budgeting and Revenue: Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue to drive business growth.
* Team Leadership: Deliver top-tier guest service and inspire and support the team to achieve their full potential.
* Marketing Contributions: Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests and promote the park's services.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead park operations in the Manager's absence and contribute to the smooth running of the park. Key requirements include:
* Hospitality/Accommodation Management Experience: Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
* People Leadership Skills: Strong people leadership skills with a focus on training and development, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Financial Management: Strong financial management and budget oversight experience, including the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Tech Savviness: Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Flexibility and Availability: Flexibility and availability for weekend and after-hours shifts, as required.
