Job Description
This role forms part of the firm's leadership team, working with a well-respected and professional group. The firm is growing and seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operational functions.
* Take responsibility for daily operations.
* Coordinate workflow and assess systems and procedures.
* Provide reporting, manage invoicing, debtor management, budgeting, and HR duties.
* Lead the administration team and facilitate training and CPD programs.
* Ensure client communications are optimal and liaison with external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in professional services, preferably accounting and finance. They must hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Management.
* Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Management.
* Have experience using Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, BGL CAS 360 and Fusesign.
* Be experienced in providing exceptional leadership and bringing a solution-focused approach.
* Have experience with change management and be capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
