What the Role Involves
In this role, you'll shape merchandise strategy across all channels, building robust forecasts and inventory plans to maximise financial performance. You'll translate insights into action, ensuring the right product reaches the community in the right quantities at the right time.
You will:
* Develop and execute merchandise planning strategies aligned with business goals
* Build seasonal plans, category strategies, and financial forecasts
* Collaborate with Design, PD, Merchandising, and Leadership on assortments that balance brand vision and commercial targets
* Implement inventory strategies to drive strong sell-through and minimise stock risks
* Manage OTB and monitor purchase commitments
* Work cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to align planning to broader business strategy
What You'll Bring
* End to end planning experience across retail and ecommerce brand (Experience in active, lifestyle, or apparel categories is highly regarded)
* Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking
* Ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Proficiency with retail analytics tools and advanced Excel
