Identified Case Managers x2 |Wollongong | Full Time | Grade 4, $88,099.44 per year + cultural loading

Operating throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven, SASSI provides safety through housing and support to women and their children who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or impacted by domestic violence. SASSI also runs the Shoalhaven Homeless Hub, which provides a drop-in service for anyone in the Shoalhaven region experiencing homelessness.

We are currently seeking two Identified Case Managers to join our teams in Wollongong:

Temporary Accommodation Case Manager: You will provide immediate, trauma-informed support and case management to women and children presenting in crisis due to homelessness or domestic and family violence, working alongside them to stabilise their situation and connect them with ongoing support.

Crisis Case Manager: You will provide case management support to women and children residing in refuge accommodation, working alongside them to build safety and a pathway to longer-term housing.

These positions are identified for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. Aboriginality is a genuine occupational requirement under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). To be female is a genuine occupational requirement under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).

These are full-time roles, 38 hours per week, with participation in an on-call roster as required.
