This position is part of our Data Governance Office within the Financial Management and People Enablement Group.
Our Data Governance Office champions the advancement of data management maturity and the delivery of our Group Data Strategy.
The team collaborates across business divisions to ensure high-quality data is at the heart of decision-making, enabling actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
Role Overview
As Senior Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of frameworks, processes, and policies that strengthen our data governance capabilities.
Your focus will be on embedding best-practice approaches, engaging stakeholders across the Group, and driving accountability for data management.
Lead data governance programmes, operationalise frameworks, and provide actionable guidance.
Collaborate across business groups to drive enterprise-wide adoption of data management practices.
Engage with senior leaders to align initiatives with organisational strategy.
Drive continuous improvement of data governance activities and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
Build a unified perspective on data risk and value creation with enterprise and divisional data teams.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience in data management, governance, risk, or consulting within financial services.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Proven ability to lead data governance programmes, including operationalising frameworks.
Experience collaborating with policy owners to drive enterprise-wide adoption of data management practices.
People leadership experience, strong communication and influencing skills.
