Senior Leadership Role

The role is responsible for driving Apex Group's business and operations in the Fijian market. It involves expanding the Fiji operations, supporting the Australian and NZ business product operations, building and leading the Fiji team, and managing on-site staffing requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

* Expand the Fiji operations of Apex to support the Australian and NZ business product operations.
* Build, lead, and motivate the employees of the Fiji team in cooperation with the product owners.
* Work with product owners to understand their Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and determine what support is required locally to facilitate achievement.
* Carry out all tasks in a manner that is fully compliant with Apex Policy and Procedures and local regulatory standards.
* Manage on-site staffing requirements as required by Product and Operations Heads.
* Participate in local governance committees and internal Boards, as relevant.


Business Operations:

* Act as the on-site leader responsible for day-to-day management of the Fiji office, including oversight of facilities management and office administration.
* Oversee service vendors, contractors, and facility maintenance to support uninterrupted office operations and regulatory compliance.
* Manage all office infrastructure needs, including equipment, office layout, procurement of supplies, and health and safety standards.


Requirements:

* Tertiary qualified in Business/Commerce/Finance discipline.
* 5+ years' experience within banking or broader financial services sector.
* Experience in a senior leadership role within financial services sector, preferred.
