Join our People and Culture team as a dynamic Technical & E-Learning Officer Council is seeking a motivated professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of professional development initiatives. In this position, you will manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to projects that build capability across the organisation.
About this opportunity:
As the SSC226 Technical & E-Learning Officer, you will:
Develop and deliver engaging e-learning solutions for staff at all levels.
Administer and optimise theLearning Management System (LMS).
Support the design and rollout of a comprehensive onboarding and skills development program.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current and impactful.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
Contribute to projects that enhance organisational capability and learning culture.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Experience in developing and delivering e-learning content.
Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field (desirable).
