**About the Role**:
Our client is a family-owned manufacturer of timber products, who have been servicing Australian merchants, wholesalers and large contractors for over 30 years.
A newly created part time position has now become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, working approximately 25 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days. You will need to have a sound knowledge of AP, strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a flexible attitude. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for setting up accounts in MYOB, completing Trade References, reconciling payments and looking after stationary and office supply orders.

**Duties**:
- Set up and management of supplier and customer in MYOB
- Checking payments against invoices & Purchase Orders
- Reconciling Supplier Accounts monthly
- Arranging debtor insurance
- Completing Trade References
- Prepare & process weekly payments
- General administrative support when required
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current Drivers Licence
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite
- MYOB experience would be an advantage
