The Role:
* Data Entry - Entering Technicians onsite reports and certificates
* Collating and Producing Certificates
* Preparing Onsite Jobs for Technicians
* Organising Technicians Induction information
* Supporting Accounts Payable (Invoicing MYOB)
* Filing
* Preparing and collating documents
* Ensuring all documents produced are accurate.
* Monday - Friday (5 days), 9-5 pm
What you'll need to have:
* A can-do attitude
* Work well under pressure
* Accuracy
* Have a good understanding and application of Microsoft (excel / word) and MYOB
* Have very good communication
* Adaptable
* Multi Tasking
