Our school continues to be one of the largest in Redlands and can attribute its popularity to the richness of school life here. As a member of the Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy, we are able to offer students special opportunities to explore careers in the resources sector. Through partnerships with other learning providers students are able to commence Degree and Diploma courses and complete Certificate courses whilst at school. We also offer school based traineeships and apprenticeships.
The students at Alexandra Hills State High School are representative of multicultural Australia and are so very welcoming to all newcomers. Apart from the academic program, the excellent sporting and cultural programs add to the richness of the educational experience for our students. On the whole, our students are friendly, energetic, enjoy school but are still committed to doing their best in all of their pursuits.
