We're hiring an experienced bartender to join the team at Wharf St. Distillery — one of the Mid North Coast's leading cocktail destinations.
This isn't a "pour beers and go home" gig. You'll be working with handcrafted Wharf St. spirits, a busy venue, and a bar team that takes standards seriously — with full training to sharpen your speed, technique, palate, and presentation.

What we're looking for (must-haves)
* Proven bartending experience, including cocktails (you can handle a busy service)
* Current RSA (NSW) — essential
* Availability for nights and weekends — essential
* A great smile, personable service, and the kind of energy guests remember
* Good banter and confidence talking to customers (without being cheesy)
* Reliable, fast, tidy, and a proper team player
What you'll be doing
* Delivering consistent, high-quality cocktails and standout guest experiences
* Nailing prep: batching, garnishes, station setup, cleanliness, and speed
* Learning and representing Wharf St. Distillery's spirits and signature serves
* Keeping service smooth by working closely with FOH + kitchen
