Under the mentorship of a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll dive into a diverse range of operational HR areas, from providing advice on entitlements and employment conditions to early intervention advice on a number of HR processes.

You'll research key issues, build influential relationships, and champion contemporary HR best practices across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.

About the role: Duties for the role will include: Providing accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff on operational issues, including conditions of employment, policies, and procedures.
Assisting in gathering information, identifying needs, and preparing documentation for a range of HR processes Extracting, preparing, and developing HR reports; maintain HR resources (spreadsheets, databases); and provide HRMS support.
Assisting with research, provide project support, and prepare draft reports with recommendations.
Assisting with monitoring and preparing paperwork for approval processes, ensuring compliance with delegations of authority.
About you: Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service, advice, and options to diverse individuals, coupled with teamwork and support capabilities.
Understanding of contemporary HR practices, ability to research, interpret and apply industrial instruments and experience in providing HR advice to staff and management.
Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines, prioritise in a busy environment, and the ability to work both independently and under general direction.
