The Role

If you are a dedicated Call Centre/ Administration/ Customer Service professional this is the opportunity to grow the next level giving you the ability to progress and further develop yourself under the guidance of experienced operators within our Battery Hotline Team. Your role will involve supporting customer enquiries, order placement, technical support, national sales support and outbound sales calls to existing customers.

If you are someone with excellent communication skills, have a genuine interest in providing an exceptional service and can commit to a Monday-Friday role then we encourage you to apply! This role is a full-time work from home position within Brisbane Australia with regular in person meetings and training out of our Carole Park based Head office, fast reliable internet and a dedicated office space is a must have requirement.

Full training will be provided on product, but if you have an interest in Automotive and/or have a good technical mind, this would be advantageous.

Note: This position is available for an immediate start and will work from our Carole Park office to begin with during induction and training (roughly a four week period). After successful training period has been completed meeting core requirements the role will revert to working from home with regular meetings based out of our Carole Park head office, the successful candidate will be comfortable with traveling to Carole Park as required and have there own reliable transportation.

Requirements

* A minimum of two years in Customer Service, Call Centre or Administration experience

* Previous experience working with software systems and Microsoft office

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Good general computer skills

* Strong attention to detail and time management skills

* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

* Fast reliable Internet connect and dedicated workspace

* Must be able to work a rostered shift between the hours of 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
