About the Position
In this role, you'll take charge of crafting and scheduling engaging social media posts for our diverse range of venues. Using captivating imagery from our talented photographers, you'll skillfully compose copy that aligns with each Hotel's unique tone of voice and brand positioning. Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Graphic Designers, you'll play a key role in shaping compelling campaigns.
As our Social Media Coordinator, you won't just stop at social media – you'll also be the mastermind behind our email marketing efforts. From developing email campaigns to promote functions, entertainment, masterclasses and calendar events to our extensive customer database, your creativity will shine.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to generate organic photo content and you may find yourself participating in photoshoots at our Hotels when the need arises. Teaming up with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and editing stories and reels, ensuring they align seamlessly with our marketing and communication strategies. Additionally, the role presents the chance to spearhead social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, specifically tailored for key calendar events and promotions.

Essential skills & experience
* Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
* Some prior experience in a similar Social Media role
* Relevant University qualification in Marketing or Communications, or currently studying
* Proven experience in managing social media accounts, executing paid digital campaigns and creating content
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Genuine passion for social media
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‐paced team
* Experience in photography and post‐production is an advantage
