We're seekinga proactive Farm Coordinator to join our FNQ operations. This is a full-timeposition, and as the Farm Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible forassisting the Operations Manager to manage all operational activities

KeyResponsibilities:
* Assist theOperations Manager in managing all operational activities, including serviceand repair of farm machinery.
* Superviseand direct small teams to complete key activities such as weeding, spraying,slashing, tunnel & netting operations, picking, planting, and pruning.
* Trackproductivity and labour, ensuring daily/weekly/project targets are met.
* Coordinatemaintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
* Communicatewith other departments regarding maintenance needs.
* Evaluatestaff performance and employ performance management strategies.
* Upholdworkplace health and safety, food safety, and quality standards.
* Lead byexample and foster a culture of support and high performance.
About You
Experience:
* Weldingskills.
* Mechanically minded with strongproblem-solving ability.
* Irrigation repairs andmaintenance
* Basic experience withirrigation hydraulics systems
* Managing small budgets(desired)
* Small projectmanagement (desired)
* Strong organisational skills and abilityto meet deadlines.
* Experience in people and performancemanagement of staff.
* Ability to work semi-autonomously,managing groups of people.
* Experience supervising teams and workingin a fast-paced environment.
* Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
Qualifications:
* First Aid
* Drivers License
* Fitter and Turner orsimilar trade experience (desired)
* Forklift License(desired)
