Your Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Canberra Homemaker Store, you will work closely with the team and Store Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate store performance.

You will bring significant value by:

* Leading by example and inspiring customers to achieve their style goals
* Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
* Analysing reports and identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
