Job Summary
With a global footprint, this manufacturer and supplier of load and haul equipment to the mining industry is looking for a Manager – Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) to lead the Mining Parts business in Australia and across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Mining Parts lifecycle strategy, including parts development, rebuild programs, warranty outcomes, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimisation to improve asset uptime and lifecycle cost for customers globally. Execute the approved Mining Parts business case and align Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance to deliver a scalable, high‐performing aftermarket business capable of supporting expansion into new international regions.
Experience and Qualifications
* Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related qualification (preferred).
* 8–15+ years' experience in aftermarket, parts, or supply chain roles within mining or heavy equipment environments.
* Strong understanding of buckets, trays, wear components, and mining maintenance cycles.
* Proven experience managing inventory, forecasting, and commercial outcomes in remote and international operating environments.
* Demonstrated people leadership and cross‐functional delivery capability.
The role is based in Perth; regular domestic and international travel is required.
