About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Risk, this position is key part of the Line 2 Operational Risk team within the Risk division.
As the Manager Operational Risk, the primary purpose of the role is to execute against and ensure effective implementation, operation and oversight of the Group Risk Management Framework (RMF), Risk Management Strategy and Non-Financial Risk requirements to support Operational Risk & Resilience across the group.

What will you bring?
Looking for a motivated self-starter who loves agility, problem solving and supporting the business to create value through opportunities and pragmatic risk management.
You're someone who has solid experience in Operational Risk and Resilience, Oversight & Assurance
Understands risk frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically
Can challenge constructively and influence confidently
Is detail-oriented but understands the bigger picture
Enjoys collaboration and partnering with the business to turn complex into simple
Demonstrated Line 2 oversight and advisory experience with proven ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and complexity of financial services.
Experience facilitating end-to-end Executive level risk profiling, risk appetite, key risk indicator setting, incident/issue management & related risk frameworks
Strong advisory and assurance experience including targeted reviews against a plan, oversight assurance on key risks, controls and other framework elements.
Degree qualification in Commerce / Business related field or equivalent required
Finance, Legal, or Audit qualifications or equivalent business experience desirable
