Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly and efficiently to requests. This role involves participating in training programs to enhance skills and capabilities, promoting loyalty programs, recognizing loyal guests, and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Previous guest service experience in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy are required.
* Flexibility with regards to shifts and a full, clean, current driver's license are must-haves.

Providing services such as valet parking, luggage assistance, and booking activities.
