Responsibilities:
* Work with the Branch Manager to develop sales plans that drive growth
* Pursue new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline
* Diligently identify new opportunities within existing business by fostering strong connections with Sales Representatives and Account Managers
* Effectively manage customer portfolios to ensure premium service delivery
* Closely collaborate with branch staff to guarantee continuous customer service excellence
Requirements:
* Significant experience in selling solutions for industrial products, Bearings, Power Transmissions, and services
* Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills
* Proven ability to build a solid pipeline
* Demonstrated capacity for innovation in sales planning and forecasting
* Able to recognize and capture new business opportunities within existing customers
