Revenue Enablement Leader
Transform your revenue organization by defining and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy across Sales Development, Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Customer Success.
* Develop and implement a scalable global enablement program with measurable results, driving business growth and efficiency.
* Build and lead a high-performing enablement function, including hiring, coaching, and operationalizing regional programs that align with global goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and leadership to ensure readiness, systems, and data support strategic objectives.
* Integrate AI into enablement and field execution, from onboarding and training to deal support, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales success.
* 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue enablement or GTM leadership roles, ideally in organizations with $50M–$150M ARR.
* Proven success in building and leading global enablement functions, directly enabling high-performing sales and CS teams in fast-paced environments.
* Hands-on facilitator and coach, with expertise in developing and executing enablement strategies that drive business outcomes.
* Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions, including sales-led, PLG, and hybrid models, as well as the full customer lifecycle.
* Experience in enabling platform or multi-product transformations, leveraging AI to enhance sales and customer success processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage programs against measurable KPIs, driving business growth and efficiency.
* Exceptional cross-functional influence and executive communication skills, with a data-driven mindset and proven track record of results.
