As a Physiotherapist with us, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).
Salary
You will receive above award hourly rates and benefit from generous financial support for professional development, enabling you to expand your skills and knowledge in your chosen areas of interest.
This includes salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 annually, plus an additional $2,650 annually.
About the Role
As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will work autonomously, managing your own caseload primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill as needed.
You will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead, ensuring that you have the resources you need to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Full Australian working rights and the ability to pass a national police clearance
