Your Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales and Admin Team
* Answer phone and email enquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
* Assist with all aspects of sales campaigns: marketing, photography, property preparation, floor plans
* Manage compliance documentation and CRM updates
* Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
* Prepare OFI and appraisal packs, newsletters, and sales advices
* Support the exchange and settlement process, including key handovers and client gifting
* Organise weekly/monthly team meetings, take minutes, and manage agendas
* Keep the office well presented and stocked, including boardroom and supplies
* Occasionally assist the Property Management team (e.g. key coordination, tenant handovers)
About You:
* Experience in administration or customer service is essential
* Real estate experience is not required – just a passion for the industry
* Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential
* Well-presented, personable, and professional
* Highly organised with great time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Confident across computer systems and able to pick up new tech quickly
* A “can-do” attitude and desire to be part of a high-energy, supportive team
