The business is undertaking digital transformation, and as a result has an immediate need for an experienced technology recruiter to join them for an initial 6 week period. The role: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, for roles in technology transformation. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent pools. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications to ensure a positive hiring experience. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support onboarding and compliance processes. About you: To be successful in this role, you will: Be a proactive individual Have proven experience in recruitment roles, or recruitment agencies Strong communication and stakeholder management Have strong attention to detail You're experienced recruiting specialised technology roles Experience using Workday is desired but not essential What's on offer: 1 day in office, 4 days remote.
