Job Overview
Role Summary:
* This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers as a Field Service Technician.
* The successful candidate will work closely with service teams and the Service Manager to ensure on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Technical Service
* Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
* Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes at customer sites.
* Install and remove gaming equipment.
* Investigate and resolve complex system faults and perform repair work as required.
* Routine Preventive Maintenance.
* Meet contracted assignment and customer expectations.
Reporting Requirements
* Capture all activities as per Aristocrat's requirements.
* Record and return parts within ATA SLA's.
* Use Aristocrats reporting tools accurately in real-time.
* Deliver and report to requests from other departments within Aristocrat.
WH&S & Compliance
* Comply with Company and venue WHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.
* Follow accident/incident/near miss processes and conduct investigations as required.
* Meet Company, legislative, and regulatory Compliance requirements.
