About Your New Role
As a Compassionate Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients living at home. You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering Personalised Care
- Conducting Comprehensive Assessments and regular reviews
- Care Planning and Coordination
- Advocating for Clients
- Providing Health Education and Support
- Monitoring Health and Reporting Outcomes
- Networking and Promoting Our Services

What We Need from You?
You must have:
- Qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level of computer skills
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to promote our organisation's values through interactions at work
