Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing organisation supporting a range of essential industries across the country.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands‐on Recruitment Consultant to join a busy and collaborative talent team on a 12‐month maternity leave contract.
This is a fast‐paced, high‐volume role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders, delivering a strong candidate experience and working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ, you will manage end‐to‐end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, primarily within blue‐collar operations, while supporting some corporate hiring as required.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing end‐to‐end recruitment across manufacturing, logistics and operational roles
* Advertising roles, screening candidates and managing shortlists
* Partnering closely with hiring managers across ANZ to understand workforce needs
* Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
* Delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
* Managing recruitment processes through Workday ATS
* Supporting a high‐volume portfolio (25–30 roles at any time)
* Ensuring recruitment processes are consistent, efficient and compliant
About You
You are a practical, down‐to‐earth recruiter who thrives in operational environments and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience recruiting blue‐collar roles within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments
* Strong end‐to‐end recruitment experience
* Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fast‐moving environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A collaborative, approachable style and a good sense of humour
* Experience using an ATS (Workday experience highly regarded)
