Job Description
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in a full-time position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating controlled documentation, assisting subject matter experts in creating documents, and supporting external audits engaged by HSE.
The role also involves supporting user requests for documentation, training users in digital safety management systems, maintaining quality records, and undertaking EOM reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in document management systems, event management and training systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A current driver's license and high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also essential requirements.
