We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take full operational ownership of a high‐performing retail portfolio within a premium client account; IFM Investors.
You will be responsible for day‐to‐day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
* Tenant liaison and issue resolution
* Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
* Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
* Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery
* Day‐to‐day facilities management of the centre
* Visibly on site, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring high standard of presentation and performance
Qualifications
* 3–7 years' experience in a facilities management role
* Strong understanding of building services and compliance
* Experience managing contractors and service agreements
* Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
* Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
* Excels in communicating with tenants
