Water Resources Engineer Wanted
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Rockhampton. As part of a tight-knit and industry-leading group, you will be responsible for delivering water resources projects, focusing on flood risk assessment and management, hydrological, and hydraulic modeling.
Your Responsibilities
* Work with various specialists across Northern Queensland, the Northern Territory, and beyond on community-changing projects.
* Develop and implement technical solutions for complex water resources challenges.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng registration.
* Demonstrated experience in the water sector, particularly in flood risk assessment and management.
* Strong knowledge of GIS software and digital engineering tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
