To be successful within this position you will need to have:
* Previous experience in the construction industry at a Site Manager level
* Ability to work on the Gold Coast from September
* Computer skills, as this will be how you manage the sites progress to then pass on to your PM
Your responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain sub contractor programs
* Coordinate the site's day to day works and logistics
* Close out and deliver the site to a high standard
I have been engaged to source a building Site Manager to join a highly respected Commercial Builder who are based out of the Gold Coast. Your initial project will be a multi level apartment block in the northern region of the GC. This company specialises in these type of projects, as well as a variety of mixed commercial and government projects.
