Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for animals and providing exceptional customer service.
As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating memorable interactions with customers, inspiring and educating them on pet care and products through your knowledge and expertise.
You will also be responsible for completing sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals, working with teammates to maintain a visually appealing store, ensuring all stock is available, and staying updated on pet care, products, and services we provide.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* Passion for animals and exceptional customer service.
* Experience in a similar retail environment.
* Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and teammates.
* Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 20kgs.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
