Your Impact
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a hands-on and guiding role, helping others make a difference while delivering exceptional care. You'll:
* Support clients to live independently and participate in meaningful community activities.
* Provide personal care, medication support, and assist with daily living needs.
* Manage complex behaviours of concern and support clients with mental health needs.
* Mentor and guide support workers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
* Coordinate rosters, monitor documentation, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Oversee household operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with NDIS requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and the MMT Care leadership team.
* Conduct weekly audits and ensure quality assurance measures are upheld.

About You
You're a natural leader with a compassionate heart. You thrive in environments where you can empower others, think on your feet, and deliver outstanding care. You're committed to excellence and motivated by seeing others succeed, both your clients and your team.
You'll bring:
* Certificate III or above in Disability Services (Certificate IV desirable)
* Minimum 1 year experience in the disability sector
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Competence in documentation, technology, and NDIS reporting systems
* Current certifications: First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check/Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
